Refund Policy

1. Scope of Policy

We stand behind the quality of the gear we sell. Our refund policy is strictly limited to products that meet one of the following criteria:

  • The product is defective upon arrival.

  • The product exhibits a verifiable manufacturing defect within [e.g., 30 days] of delivery.

  • The product did not come as described on the website (e.g., wrong size, color, or model was shipped).

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection by the customer, or general wear and tear.

 

  2. Reporting a Defect

To be eligible for a refund or replacement under this policy, you must notify us within [2 Days] of receiving the product by emailing MosinManTactical@gmail.com 

You must include:

  • Your Order Number.

  • A clear description of the defect or discrepancy.

  • Photographic evidence clearly showing the defect or the incorrect item received.​

 

3. Review and Resolution

Once we receive your report and confirm the defect or error, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement product (subject to availability).

  • Refunds: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

  • Shipping: We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return of defective or mis-described products.
