Shipping Policy

1. General Information​

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

 

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in United States and Canada. We do not currently offer shipping outside of these areas.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery Options

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

 

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

5. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MosinMan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

7. Damages

MosinMan is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

8. Missing or Lost Packages

If you have not received your package within 14 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at mosinmantactical@gmail.com with your order number.
